Popular Seminar: Stress - its Causes and Consequences and how to avoid Burnout
If we let it, stress leads to burnout and can cause disease. It can even kill! We may be in denial about how stressed we are, or we may think that we are victims of circumstances. It may be surprising to learn that stress is not what happens to us but it is always our reaction to stressful events or circumstances that cause our problems. This fact may be a hard pill to swallow, especially when we feel overwhelmed and when we are unable to see that there is a way out. This way out is often simpler than we think.
This two-hour seminar will provide you with insightful facts, lots of food for thought and 'take-away' activities for mindful practice and reflection. These will allow you - or those who experience your new approach to stressful situations - to see immediate positive outcomes, no matter what the circumstances. Topics include:
8 Compelling Reasons to Release Stress.
What has Thinking got to do with Stress?
How 21st century Living feeds our Worried and Anxious Minds and How to Escape this vicious cycle.
Simple but Powerful Steps to give your Worries wings and let them fly away; plus more.
Even if your life is (relatively) stress-free, the information in this seminar will give you tools to help others. Special Offer: The cost of this seminar will be deducted from any future (one day or longer) event you may attend. This may be a public workshop/seminar or one delivered in-house at your workplace.
